Reasonably quiet

Wasn't impressed with the host. There were notes throughout the house with notes 'not to do this and not to do that. Including not using the upstairs bathroom after 10pm because it was beside the hosts room.

This house was very dirty as they did not clean used dishes and This house have so many rules but they did not display in adversement. I Feel like strictly homestay house.

Angel was very pleasant

Didn't realise this was more like a transient boarding house there were many others sharing this smaller accomadation too.it wasn't as clean as one would expect in good area. Out in busy street to park your car .hit and miss to get one close

Angel is lovely and looks after you. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The host provides water, biscuits, a towel and free Wifi for you. A bathroom is close to your room. If you've got a car a parking space is available on the street.

It's slightly further from the city and the airport. You can hear everything in your room. It's overpriced. I can get a bigger, trendier room for the same price.

Metro bus 267 to Queen Street stop is just yards away, Sky Bus to and from airport has a stop about 1 kilometre from the property as well. Right next to the motorway for anyone who is driving. Angel the proprietor is very helpful and it's handy having a kitchen available to make your own coffee! Very basic but if you're looking for cheap accommodation for a few nights with easy access to the centre this would be hard to beat.

the location was good in relationship to the airport

if they knew how to make a bed, towel oldest possible only good for rag, shower unbelievably dirty , has NEVER been cleaned. absolutely black on the base. notices everwhere, dont do this or that- terrible approach the house appears to be ready for remake or demolition only curtains hand instead of doors or cupboard doors

It is close to shops, laundry mat, banks and food places. Parking is free on the opposite side of the road. The owner is easy to contact and is quick to respond. They got us milo because we don't drink tea or coffee (I stated it in additional comments when booking) we were the only guests at the time. The shower had good pressure and nice hot water. Owner helpful with how to get to places.

The shared kitchen didn't have a microwave and the stove and oven had tape over the knobs signaling to not use it. The fan switch for the bathroom was not in the bathroom it was in our room so we had to remember to turn it on before we got into the shower. The mattress on the bed felt like I was sleeping in a ditch. ( I notified the owner and they are going to look into it.) we didn't know how the bed was made the sheets looked like they were just placed on and was not made the way that I've seen before.

It was quite close to the airport and our camper pickup location

The kitchen did not have a functioning oven and had a lot of washed dishes left on the draining board. It didn't look that clean. There was a dirty electric fryer of some kind on the worktop. To be fair, the owner was very friendly and did offer us use of her kitchen. I've put the pics of tge kitchen below but under the wrong category as I wanted to include them. The room was also very damp and cold. The front door was left open for long periods of time because of this.

The property is a big house. The owners are very helpful.

It was dirty. There were dust mites in the room. Although I was given an alternative room and allowed cancelation. I was charged for having stayed there one night. Not having anywhere to go. It was only after I showed the owner a video clip of the crawling insects did she ask me to find other accommodation. It was sad I had to pay 80 dollars for staying one night where I could not sleep. I also have taken a photo of the shower cubicle that appears to be layered with years of grime. There was no toiletries. Sad properties like this are allowed to function.

Felt like I was intruding and an inconvenience to the host. The host was not very helpful, and you have to be very quiet speaking. Couldn't use the loo after 10pm. (there is a note) When you did to to the loo the lid wasn't attached very well, and left up by other guests. Eeww! Never again.
